- Personal photographs of future parents.
- Photographs of the house, both, interior and exterior.
- Certified Deed, or Lease Agreement.
- Birth certificate of both. (They must be 25 years or older)
- Marriage certificate. (Must be married for at least five years)
- Home Study-Completed by a licensed agency/social worker in your state of residence.
- Physical Examination of both.
- Letters of Employment.
- Police Clearance of Good Conduct.
- Psychological Study.
- Financial Statement. (Certification of employment, or proof of self employed by tax reports, showing the capabilities to support the child)
- Copies of past three years Tax returns.
- Passport Copies.
- INS Forms I-171H ; I-604 ; I-600 ; I-134 ; DS-230 part one and two ; DS-157.
- A letter of commitment from the adoption agency that periodical reports will be mailed to us, regarding a follow up on the well being of the child in the United States.
- A letter from the adoption agency, stating that the family qualify to be adoptive parents, according to the laws in the state in which they reside.
- Judicial power of attorney, to one of our lawyers, in front of a public notary, or a Consul from El Salvador.
- All documents dully apostille.
